The buses weren’t too bad either…
From Gatwick Airport just outside London all the way to Dover on the south coast for £7 by hopping buses with an Explorer Pass. It was a very long ride but every once in a while we’d have enough time to enjoy one of the the small towns where we stopped to make a transfer. The classic beauty of Hastings was exactly what I dreamed of while planning this trip.
